Getting There
By Air
Cape Town International Airport (CPT) is the nearest major airport, approximately 30 - 40 minutes by car. OR Tambo (JNB) in Johannesburg has more international connections with connecting flights to Cape Town.
By Car
From Cape Town: take the N2 highway then R44 to Stellenbosch (approx. 50 km). Rental cars are available at the airport. Ample parking at the venue. Uber is also widely available.
Shuttle Service
Shuttle transfers between Cape Town Airport and Stellenbosch can be arranged. Details and booking links will be available closer to the conference date.
By Train
Stellenbosch has a MetroRail station with connections to Cape Town. However, we recommend driving or using shuttles for convenience and safety.
Visa Information
South Africa requires visas from citizens of certain countries. We strongly recommend checking the visa requirements for your nationality well in advance and applying at least 8 weeks before the conference.
